Graduates of the Middle School have several options for future pathways, including undertaking the senior years at specialist senior colleges such as Eynesbury Senior College, University Senior College, Muirden Senior College and the Australian Science and Mathematics School, or completing secondary schooling at a mainstream secondary school (public or independent).

Specialist senior colleges provide an adult learning environment that more closely matches the environment at a Montessori school and at university.
